Who we are
FzlOps (FzlOps) publishes curated software engineering job listings for India and remote candidates. The site is operated by FzlOps.

What we collect
- Browsing. When you visit this site, our hosting provider and CDN may log your IP address, browser type, requested URL, referrer, and timestamp for security, performance, and operations.
- Job applications. Listings link to third-party employer or job-board sites. We do not receive your résumé or application unless you contact us directly.
- Forms. If you submit a job posting, recruiter inquiry, or report via email or our forms, we receive the information you provide to respond to your request.
- Advertising (when enabled). Third-party ad networks such as Google AdSense may collect or receive information from your browser or device using cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. See Advertising and cookies below.
Advertising and cookies
We may display advertisements from third-party networks including Google AdSense. These partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to:
- Serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites
- Measure ad performance and prevent fraud
- Limit how often you see an ad

We do not run separate marketing analytics at this time. If we add privacy-friendly analytics, we will update this page and name the provider.
Hosting and processors
The site is hosted on Vercel, Inc.. Job listing data may be sourced from a Google Sheet at build time; that sheet is controlled by the site operator and is not shared with visitors except as published listings. Email for forms may be processed by Resend or similar providers on our behalf.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to operate a public job board. For advertising cookies where consent is required, we will request consent via an appropriate mechanism before serving non-essential cookies in those regions.
India — Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP)
For users in India, we process minimal personal data (mostly technical logs and information you voluntarily submit). You may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data we control, or raise a grievance as described below.

We aim to acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 30 days where applicable.
Retention
- Server/CDN logs: retained per Vercel, Inc.'s default retention (typically up to 30 days unless extended for security).
- Published listings: removed when expired; sheet-backed rows refresh on each deploy.
- Form submissions and email: kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact jobs@fzlops.online or the Grievance Officer above. For data held by employers after you leave our site, contact them directly.
Children
This site is intended for job seekers and professionals; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

We may update this policy when our practices change (for example when we enable advertising). The “Last updated” date at the top reflects revisions. Material changes to advertising or cookies will be noted here.
