Summary
NVIDIA's CAD team in Bengaluru is hiring a DevOps Engineer for DFX Software — infrastructure and CI/CD for Design for Test (DFT) tools used across NVIDIA's semiconductor products.
Description
You will design and manage DevOps workflows for a software team building C++, Python, and TCL tools for semiconductor Design for Test. Work spans CI/CD pipelines, cloud and on-prem infrastructure, lab software/hardware support, and troubleshooting for complex device-testing environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage DevOps workflows for the DFX software team
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment
- Manage cloud infrastructure and on-premise systems for scalable, reliable releases
- Provide lab software and hardware support; resolve critical operational issues
- Support development of tools using C++, Python, and TCL
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues across the pipeline
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years in DevOps with focus on CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure management
- Solid programming/scripting in Python, C++, or TCL; strong software engineering fundamentals
- Configuration management with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong GitLab pipeline experience
- Familiarity with Artifactory and Jenkins for builds and binary management
- Understanding of build frameworks such as CMake and Meson
Preferred Qualifications
- JIRA for project and issue tracking
- Lab software and hardware support experience
- Semiconductor or EDA tooling background

This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, typically requiring 2–3 days on-site per week.
